Emission Control

Consider our complete line of emission control equipment designed to assist gas producers in reducing BTEX and VOC emissions from glycol reconcentrators below the accepted levels to comply with Federal and State environmental regulations. All systems are designed for easy retrofit to existing systems. Glycol dehydration is a common method used by the oil and gas industry to remove water vapor from natural gas streams. However, fugitive vapors from the reconcentrator contain undesirable emissions and produce unpleasant odors.

Our improved NATCO processes for flaring, or the incineration of the vent gas stream, provides a safe, efficient and effective method for proper waste disposal.

The SHV™ Flare System is designed for easy retrofit to existing systems. It virtually eliminates all emissions and liquid disposal problems commonly associated with this process.

The BTEX Buster® provides removal efficiency greater than 99.7% of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, and other VOCs to help recover and collect salable liquid hydrocarbons, and prevents the loss of expensive fuel gas.

The Glycol Dehydration Systems are available in standard or custom sizes. Standard units are available, some with immediate delivery, for certain applications. Systems for large gas flow rates or for meeting other specified conditions are custom engineered.

The DESI-DRI® System offers a complete line of proprietary (five) desiccants and eutectics gives operators a cost effective solution for many dehydration applications, and eliminates BTEX vapor emissions.

All of our systems optimize efficiency, capital investment, and operating costs to provide more product for your money.
